Referrals for dental surgery and other dental procedures not provided at clinic
Dental plates and partials for cost of lab fees
WHOM Does the Clinic Serve?
Adults who meet the income eligibility requirements and cannot pay for dental
services, including persons who are unemployed, under-employed, living on low fixed incomes
WHEN is the Clinic Open?
Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., by appointment only for in-clinic visits
Special procedures in dentists' office by appointment with specialists on referral from Clinic
WHEN do Volunteers Serve?
Dental staff and office volunteers serve on a rotational basis, weekly, once a
month, bi-monthly [or however often the volunteers are able to serve] for a day or half-day
How Are Appointments Made?
Calling 226-8041 for eligibility screening appointments
If eligible for services, appointments made at initial interview for dental care at
a later date, unless an emergency
